On a canal in Cocoa Beach a home just closed for $255,000 and listed at $279,000. Home was on the market for 73 days and featured a pool and updated kitchen. There are deals available.

Another home on a canal in Cocoa Beach just closed for $195,000 with an original list price of $250,000. The home is currently being dismantled for renovation. I showed this home several times but a project of this size is not for everyone.
