There are still tried and true methods to sell your home. There have always been the 3 most important aspects of selling your home. Price!!! ( Be priced in the market and don’t waste time reducing to the market, it makes you appear desperate) Ease of showing!!! (there is too much competition to make agents call several people and only show certain hours) Location!!! You can’t change this so you have to price accordingly.

Several other things to consider completing before listing, (Staging) you can do this yourself or there are services that can do it for you. The most important thing is 1st impressions of potential buyers when they enter your home. (Declutter) you can also do this yourself or hire someone. We can also advise you on how to accomplish this. It is most important to make your home appear as large and spacious as possible. (Curb appeal) just make sure that the lawn is maintained and the entry to the home is as appealing as possible.

If you accomplish these things and the home is market priced it will sell with as little stress as possible.
