If you want a Merritt Island canal home, there is a foreclosure that is priced to sell. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home 1600 sq. ft. and priced at $108,900. Now of course you are going to have to put in some work but just think of a canal home in Merritt Island which you could put $50,000 into it and have a waterfront home for $150,000.
